Your photos are here! Now what?

I’ve been helping one of my clients figure out how to display her photos. She knows where she wants them and how many she wants to hang, but that’s as far as she’s gotten. In the process, some questions have arisen. Such as: is it ok to have multiple photos from one shoot? Can I mix color with black & white? The answer to all these questions is  – yes!

At the end of the day, they are your pictures, your memories, your family, so it could never be wrong. In my house, I have photos going up my staircase. On one side we have black & white and on the other side we have color. However, they are all in black wooden frames with a white matte (think Pottery Barn). It’s always a good idea to have something to tie everything together whether it’s the frame, the matte, the photo size, etc. I have some display ideas on the blog here.

Our relationship doesn’t end once you receive your photos. We’re in this together! I’ll bring the nails…
