I’m happy to offer both digital images and prints for my clients. It’s important that your images look their very best either online or in a frame.
I use a professional lab, MpixPro, for all of my prints and related products such as the fun and popular accordion mini-albums. These can be purchased a la carte or as part of my new packages.
There are three pricing options for your photo session:
Option 1 – $150 – Just the Session Fee
My session fee is $150. This includes the photographer’s time and talent, proofing and editing of your images and an online viewing gallery of your photos. If you’re not sure how many images you’re going to want, you can pay the session fee and then purchase as many digital images as you like at $35/each.
Option 2 - $375 -The session fee + 10 digital images
If you know you want a bunch of pictures, especially if you have more than one child, you can purchase a package $350 which includes the session fee and 10 digital images of your choice. Additional images can be purchased at $35/each. While digital images allow you to print and share your images as often as you like, you may not sell, advertise or edit them in any way. If you post them online, such as on your Facebook page, I ask that you give me a photo credit as “Megan Evans Photography” either below or next to the image.
Option 3- $550 - Session Fee +Digital + Prints
This is for the client that wants a little bit of everything. It includes the session fee, 10 digital images, 5 x7′s of those 10 images and one accordion mini-album.

A few pricing details:
- The session fee ($150) is due on or before the actual session date.
- The session fee is non-refundable, but the session date can be rescheduled.
- The session fee is for up to five people. Additional family members cost $25/person.
- Full payment must be received before digital image or print orders are processed.
- Travel fees may apply depending on your location.
